Transfers, changes and cancellations of reservations must be made no later than 26 hours before the start of the reserved time. After this, 50% of the price of the booked service will be charged for appointments postponed or cancelled, and 100% of the price of the service will be charged for appointments that cannot be canceled at all. An invoice will be sent for the non-cancellable time.
