Sugaring is a gentle, effective and hygienic method of hair removal, which at the same time exfoliates the skin, making it silky smooth. By sugaring, skin hair can be removed from almost all areas and all types of skin. We use high-quality Alexandria Professionals products for sugaring. Sugaring is much more than hair removal. Sugaring removes dead skin cells from the skin and the skin becomes brighter and healthier looking. After sugaring, moisturizers are better absorbed and it is pleasant to apply them on soft, hair-free skin.
The sugar paste is made from completely natural ingredients: sugar, water, gum arabic and lemon juice. It is so natural and pure that you can even eat it. Allergic reactions are very rare and no animal tests have been used in the development of the sugar paste. The sugar paste is also completely vegan. Sugar paste is used at skin temperature, so it is safe for all skin areas, including those with varicose veins. The sugar paste leaves the skin with warm water, and it does not leave the skin sticky, like traditional wax.
Do not remove the hair before the treatment, the hair should be 0.5 - 1 cm long, especially the first time sugaring. When sugared regularly, even hairs shorter than this start to fall out.
You don't have to grow hair really long for sugaring.
Do not exfoliate the area to be sugared for 24 hours before the treatment.
Avoid using particularly oily products or body lotion on the treated area right before the treatment.
The skin must not be peeled on the same day or the day after sugaring. It is good to avoid sports and saunas for 12 hours. After sugaring the armpits, avoid using deodorant for 12 hours. After sugaring the facial area, avoid blocking make-up for 12 hours. Remember to protect your skin from the sun in the days after sugaring. Redness of the skin after sugaring is completely normal. If your skin is very red after sugaring, immediately after the treatment avoid tight, abrasive clothing, heat such as a hot bath, solarium or sunbathing, or scratching or rubbing the skin.
Regular sugaring makes the fur softer and the end result is softer. Regular sugaring atrophies the hair follicle and with it leads to permanent hairlessness. The suitable sugaring interval for the beginning is usually 3-5 weeks, the need for sugaring depends on your own hair growth. The first times of sugaring can feel a little boring, especially the bikini area or the Brazilian. This depends entirely on your own pain threshold, but with regular sugaring, the hair will weaken and the pain will ease.
Dead skin cells may block the mouth of the hair follicle and sometimes prevent the emergence of a new hair, i.e. the hair starts to grow inward. In this case, pimples may appear on the skin and the skin may shrink. Dry skin is more susceptible to this, so regular exfoliation and moisturizing of the skin is important. Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and thus new hairs can grow on the skin. If necessary, the beautician can remove ingrown hairs during sugaring. Shaving causes ingrown hairs for many, while sugaring reduces them considerably.

Pain during treatment: Mild pinching, depending on the pain threshold, others may feel it stronger
